Transformer Stations
Design and manufacture of complete MV/LV transformer stations — metal-clad, concrete, and prefabricated compact secondary substations.
MIG 23 designs, manufactures, supplies, and installs complete packaged transformer substations (КТП) for electricity distribution companies and industrial customers. Our product range includes single- and dual-transformer КТП rated up to 800 kVA at 20(10)/0.4 kV, concrete and metal kiosk-type stations, and node (switching) stations up to 24 kV with remote control (SCADA).
Each station is designed and factory-tested to IEC 62271-202 before delivery. Internal equipment includes SF6 or vacuum ring-main units, oil or dry-type power transformers, LV main distribution boards, metering cabinets, and auxiliary supply systems. Type-test certificates and routine test protocols are provided for every unit.
Site works include civil foundation preparation, equipment installation, cabling between MV and LV equipment, protection setting, commissioning, and handover testing with the network operator. Prefabricated stations are delivered ready-to-install, reducing on-site time to a minimum.
After commissioning, MIG offers annual maintenance contracts including thermographic surveys, oil testing, protection relay testing, and full documentation refresh.
