## What we collect and on what basis
We collect only the data you provide through the contact form and correspondence (name, email, phone, company, enquiry content) and technical logs (IP address, browser). We process it on the basis of consent, performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, legitimate interests (site security and maintenance), and legal obligation.
## Retention, recipients, and transfers
We do not sell personal data. Enquiries are retained for the maximum period permitted by law; contract and accounting data as required by law. We share data only with processors needed to run the site (hosting, email) under safeguards comparable to the GDPR. Transfers outside the EEA rely on standard contractual clauses.
## Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Contact it@mig23-bg.com. You may lodge a complaint with the CPDP (www.cpdp.bg). Our services are not directed at persons under 18.

## Quotations, orders, and delivery
Quotations are valid for 14 days unless a different period is specified in the quotation itself, and bind MIG 23 only after written order confirmation. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Lead times are estimates unless confirmed in writing. Warranty terms are agreed per project.
## Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MIG 23 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from use of this site or its information.
## Governing law
Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are subject to the competent Bulgarian courts at MIG 23's registered office, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
